worldwide and our customers tell us we are really good at it. We
ship all orders fully insured using Canada Post Expedited Service
unless otherwise requested by you. Shipping charges are based on
size, weight and destination and are determined after you have placed
your order.
We will contact you within 72 hours of receiving your order to
confirm your total invoice amount including shipping and applicable
taxes. We will make this confirmation before charging your credit
card.
TAX
Orders within Canada will have a tax of 7% GST except in NB, NS,
and NL which will have 15% HST.
THERE IS NO SALES TAX ON ORDERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information we collect is used solely by Catfish Moon. We will
NEVER lend, sell or rent your personal or credit
card information.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases and we will
do everything possible to see that you are. Customer satisfaction
is very important to us.
Since everything we sell is handmade we ask you to take into consideration
that there may be minor differences between the pictures on our
website and the actual items. Whatever the difference we're sure
that your purchases will be more unique and charming in your hand
than they appear online!
If you wish to return an item in as new condition you may do so
within 30 days of buying for a full refund of the purchase price.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable and you are responsible
for the return shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us for
return authorization approval before returning items.
CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars and are subject
to change. Visa or Mastercard will automatically convert your Canadian
dollar purchase to your own currency on your credit card statement,
based on the actual exchange at the time we process your order.
